So this dude (no one we here at 2d2v know, just a friend of a dude that was talking to another dude at a coffee shop in some state), starts reading about the 1st amendment. They read 42 case opinions, dissents, the whole 9 yards. They read 'The Soul of the 1st Amendment'. Their conclusions?
This dude says, even after all that he's read, all that he's learned, they don't know anything. They wouldn't argue the case. Professionals do that. A SC justice has teams of people working for them. After spending maybe 100 hrs reading about the 1st, this dude says he'd know infinitely less about the case than the lowliest of paralegals or assistants.
Yet, on social media their are people arguing specifics of the 1st. Most likely, people who have never read 1 thing concerning the 1st. How do you explain how jaw-dropping dumb that is to someone who is such a blithering idiot that they didn't already know that? FFS..............4/12/26
100's of retired Generals, GOP-appointed Judges, GOP representatives like Mitt Romney, many Republican influencers (more each day), have all gone on and on about how horrible trump is. But the magas just walk away. Nothing, absolutely nothing, matters but trump. These people are incredibly dumb and incredibly arrogant and they don't realize they are 2 dumb to vote. So everyone else? You better get out there and vote, make sure other like minded individuals are also voting, or we may end up with make believe voting like in Russia. (already there?)

In 2020, DJT lost the election. He challenged, as is his right, maybe. And he lost. All of his court cases. He lost in districts all over the country. To GOP and DEM appointees alike.
Unless you're a lawyer familiar with this area of law, how could you even think you could have an opinion? DJT hired lawyers, the best, he said. These people aren't alone. They are professionals with teams working the cases. They would be responsible for proving DJT won, which would include any conspiracy theories, in a court of law, with an opponent intent on showing the 'other side of the story'. Any rational person would conclude that these lawyers would be able to investigate a conspiracy theory aired on fox and do it a lot better than some old dude sitting in his basement getting all pissed off watching fox. Any rational person would conclude he lost.
